Building a Better System with Roof Boards

The installed cost of a roof is generally less than 4% of the overall cost of the structure, yet roofing litigation is estimated to be 60-70% of all construction litigation. This course will cover an introduction to roof boards and what they do in various applications, followed by some of the negative forces that affect roof boards and how those forces are measured and mitigated. Once you know the threats to a commercial roof, you are in a better position to study and understand the different boards available and how much protection from these negative forces they do or do not provide.
